is offering an exciting dance program for boys and girls at your child's school. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children. Parents benefit from this program by not having to spend time, gas and energy transporting their children to a dance studio. Instead, the dance studio experience is brought to them.

WHO IS THE OWNER?

Since age 4, Stephanie Hill has been a dancer. Her love for the art of dance moved her to start DANCE TIME by Stephanie in 1995. Through DANCE TIME by Stephanie she shares her love of movement with hundreds of students of all ages. Her unique dance program enhances each child's physical and creative development. It is Stephanie's desire that her students cultivate a lifelong appreciation of dance and wonderful memories of dance class. Stephanie Hill has a BA in Psychology and extensive dance training from varied Los Angeles Dance Studios and the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has been featured in children's television shows, The Nutcracker Ballet, and all recitals with DANCE TIME by Stephanie.

*REGISTRATION... There is a once a year registration fee $10.00. Tuition and registration fee are due before class.

MEDICAL RELEASE

The undersigned certifies that she/he is the parent and/or legal guardian of the minor child above and grants permission for said minor child to participate in the classes at DANCE TIME by Stephanie.
I further, for myself and/or my child, agree to hold harmless DANCE TIME by Stephanie, Stephanie Hill, and any other independent contractors, for any injuries or illness that may result from said participation associated therewith. I further authorize any representative of DANCE TIME by Stephanie to obtain any emergency medical treatment they deem necessary for myself or my child.

*The above tuition fee is a discounted monthly rate. Individual prorated classes are $25.00! Classes will not be held on major school holidays. Most months include 4 classes per month, but some months may have fewer classes or as many as 5.
